1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Strong Arm Movers LLC d/b/a Bold Moving. By contacting Bold Moving, requesting a quote, or scheduling moving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Bold Moving provides residential and commercial moving services in Austin, Texas, and surrounding areas, including local moves, long-distance moves, and labor-only assistance. The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon prior to the move date.

3. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A move is considered booked once you have received written or verbal confirmation from a Bold Moving representative. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time; however, availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move date will be accepted without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move, or same-day cancellations, may be subject to a fee equivalent to a minimum of 2 hours of labor.
• Bold Moving reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a move due to severe weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Bold Moving are good-faith approximations based on information provided by the customer and are not guaranteed final prices. Actual costs may vary depending on the time required to complete the move, unexpected access difficulties, additional items not disclosed at the time of estimate, and stair carries, long carries, or other special circumstances. 6. Liability for Damaged or Lost Items

Bold Moving takes every precaution to handle your belongings with care. Our standard liability coverage is limited to $0.60 per pound per article, as permitted under applicable Texas law for movers operating on a time-and-material basis. This is a liability limitation, not a full-replacement-value coverage.

We strongly recommend that customers obtain third-party moving insurance or verify coverage with their homeowner's or renter's insurance provider before the move date.

Bold Moving is not liable for:

• Items packed by the customer
• Pre-existing damage to items
• High-value items not disclosed prior to the move (e.g., jewelry, cash, fine art, electronics)
• Damage caused by inadequate or improper packing by the customer
• Items left in drawers, furniture, or containers not designated for professional packing

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Disclosing all items to be moved at the time of booking
• Ensuring all items are accessible and ready to be moved on the scheduled date
• Providing safe and legal parking access for our moving trucks at both the origin and destination
• Notifying us in advance of stairs, elevators, long carry distances, or other access restrictions
• Properly packing fragile or high-value items, or arranging professional packing services in advance

8. Right to Refuse Service

Bold Moving reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• The work environment poses a safety risk to our crew
• The customer or others present are verbally or physically abusive
• Items to be moved contain hazardous materials (including but not limited to flammable liquids, explosives, or chemicals)
• Access conditions differ materially from those disclosed at the time of booking

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bold Moving' total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
